Ployer.app is a workforce platform for workers, employers and manpower agents across the GCC. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have. It applies to ployer.app and to messages sent through the platform.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, password hash, role and country.
• Worker profile: role, experience, skills, languages, salary expectations, photo and the documents you choose to upload.
• Employer and agent details: organisation name, contact person, country, WhatsApp number and billing information.
• Activity: jobs viewed, applications, offers, messages, placement steps, payment references and sign-in records.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.

2. How we use it

• To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
• To show workers relevant jobs and to show employers and agents relevant profiles.
• To run applications, interviews, offers, agreements, medical escrow, visa steps and payments.
• To send service messages, job alerts and support replies. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
• To detect fraud, verify documents where you ask us to, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

3. What is public

A worker profile is public only when the worker has completed the required fields and chosen to be listed. A public card shows name, role, country, experience, skills and salary range. It does not show your email address, phone number, WhatsApp number or documents. Contact is shared only after you approve an offer or request, and only with the employer or agent involved.

4. Who we share with

• Employers and agents: the profile and contact details needed to evaluate and progress a placement, subject to the worker's consent.
• Service providers: hosting, email, payment processing and document-reading providers who process data on our instructions.
• Authorities: where required by law, or to protect a person from serious harm.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers used to operate Ployer.app. We use access controls, encrypted connections and password hashing. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. How long we keep data

We keep account and placement records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for legal, accounting, dispute or safety reasons. You can ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep.

7. Your choices

• Access, correct or export your profile from My profile.
• Hide your public worker card or photo at any time from your profile settings.
• Ask us to delete your account by emailing hello@ployer.app.
• Change your language and display currency from the header.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies on the portal. Third-party payment pages may set their own cookies.
