Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Ployer.app as a worker, employer, manpower agent or other user. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Ployer.app is

Ployer.app is a platform that helps workers, employers and licensed manpower agents discover each other, manage applications and offers, and follow a placement from agreement to arrival. Unless we say otherwise in writing, Ployer.app is not the employer, the sponsor or the recruitment agency. The employment relationship is between the worker and the employer.

2. Accounts

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password confidential and tell us if your account is compromised.
  • Do not create accounts for other people without their permission.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, commit fraud or put other users at risk.

3. Workers

  • Creating a profile and applying for jobs is free. Ployer.app does not charge workers a recruitment fee.
  • You choose whether to make your profile public and whether to share your photo.
  • Keep your documents accurate. Do not upload someone else's passport, licence or certificate.
  • If anyone asks you to pay for a job, report it to support@ployer.app.
  • Your salary, medical, visa and travel arrangements are agreed with the employer and, where applicable, the agency. Read every agreement before signing.

4. Employers and agents

  • Post only genuine jobs and describe the role, location, salary and requirements accurately.
  • Use worker data only to evaluate and progress a placement. Do not share it with others or use it for marketing.
  • Follow applicable labour, immigration, medical and data-protection rules in the countries where you operate.
  • Fund the medical escrow and pay agreed fees through the platform when a placement reaches that stage.
  • Agents must hold any licence required in their jurisdiction and must have the worker's permission to represent them.

5. Payments and escrow

Payment amounts and fees are shown in the portal before you pay. The medical escrow is held to protect the worker if the sponsor does not proceed after the medical report, as described in the placement agreement. Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

6. Verification and AI tools

Verification badges and AI-generated summaries help you make decisions; they are not a guarantee of a person's identity, skills, health or suitability. You remain responsible for checking documents, interviewing and complying with the law. AI output may contain errors and should be reviewed by a person.

7. Messages and content

Keep messages respectful and relevant. Do not send threats, harassment, discriminatory content, malware or fraudulent offers. We may review messages reported to us and remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep Ployer.app available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the new date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Contact
